That's a variant of Canadian I'm not familiar with.

Well, none of my surviving Aunts and Uncles are on FB, my cousins who I friend on FB either don't care about politics (esp. US politics) or don't talk about it, my parents' Canadian friends are all extreme leftists, and Dad's cousin is a former NDP MP who mostly talks about environmental and health issues.

So there's really nothing for them to argue about.

ION - I am HAGGLING like a MoFo with the poor gal from Closet World. She has priced out a 94" closet to $1700. I told her I priced out an Ikea option for $500-600. I figured twice as much for custom. I told her if she can get it to $1200, it's a deal. After that, I really don't know. She is on the phone with corprate.

Sometimes I do. This time I am. I told her that my mortgage is $700/mo, you are asking for more than a mortgage payment.

With a AAA discount, they are bringing it down to $1550. Told them I will have to sleep on it.

The sales lady was more amazed that the head office approved it than I was! Wow. I think that is the best haggling I have EVER done.

That mortgage is for 809 sq ft condo. There is also $395 HOA fees per month.
