Jayne: Here's a little concept I been workin' on. Why don't we shoot her first? Wash: It is her turn.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Maybe I should get a haircut tomorrow.

How much Spanx do I have to wear to make my belly flat? Dammit.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Yeah, what Beth said.

Less round, then. No, never mind, there's no way I'm wearing anything as uncomfortable as Spanx, no matter how good it makes me look. WYSIWYG.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

So Z (not Zen) (ZnZ?)

In my head I call him Zebulon. Yes, all three syllables.

I'm reading along and thinking good thoughts even when I don't have the wherewithal to say much.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Things like Spanx always make me have to pee more often, leading to a net increase in self-consciousness.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Lutherans in your AC? That sounds like code.

I'm about to give up on dating. Again. Been on so. many. first. dates and just can't get excited about any of them. I feel broken because I'm not interested in any of them, and it seems like it's been so danged long since I have been interested in anyone that I doubt whether it's even a possibility anymore. I have a second date scheduled in a few days and I'm not looking forward to it. I'd rather stay home and clean than meet this guy again, it feels like such a chore. Perfectly nice, pastry chef, has plenty of interesting stories but during our first date I was looking forward to going home, reading, and snuggling with my kitties. Guess I'm burnt out.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Whoa. I need to meet this guy just to hear this whole story.

Zenkitty,

please share with us his story if you can. I'm completely interested in his (and your) saga.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yay, Zenkitty! I hope you have a great time.

We are in Denver. Time for sleep!
