Okay. He was in a meeting. He's bringing me the bit in ten minutes (which means thirty) and will jump my car later. That was so not made clear. ::sigh:: He's a great guy and I love working for him, but he sure can be scattered sometimes.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I had to get two new tires yesterday. This was money, of course, earmarked toward plans tickets taking M back east.
OTOH, I am getting the Giant Ugly-Ass Pile of Doom out of my backyard this afternoon! I will take before and after pics. I am SO thrilled; this things has been an eyesore and a thorn in my side since I moved in.
Oh, smonster. That does sound frustrating.
OK, I seem to have a fair amount of shirts and pants with a loose button. Now, I suck at sewing. I mean, the button stays on for awhile. And thanks to my aggressive cris-cross back n forth pattern on the button, when the thread starts giving, it takes awhile for it to go all off. My question, is there a better way of doing it? I mean, I guess maybe I'm tying off wrong or something? Or a gizmo that is great? I seem to recall a As Seen On TV type of thing to quickly sew on buttons thing. Do they work?
Signed, not very crafty when it comes to needle & thread, and too cheap to bring to dry cleaners/tailor
Wow, I was really hitting that post message button hard.
Damn, Strix, that sucks. But yay on getting the yard cleaned out!!
On a happier note, I love glazing windows while listening to podcasts. Very soothing.
Yard will get cleaned tomorrow; guy had a car problem. That;s okay, though.
