She's in the hospital but he doesn't know what's going on (his sister called but had to end the phone call so he was going to call her back). She's pregnant I think 7 months and was admitted to the hospital the other day because she was sick, they aren't sure what's going on (at least that's what Will got from the conversation) but the doctor's are talking about doing a C Section.

Erin, sorry to hear the news, but happy to hear it's caused the stress to leave ya. As for the condom thing. Yeah. I just stopped buying. Sad.
ION- I have internet back!! Woot. And cable!! The old cable box had video and audio hum to it, so he gave me a new box. One with HDMI outputs, and faster processor. Woot! And yes, I can see the difference on the TV.
Alas, can't watch TV now. Gotta head to old place and deep clean it, and get the rest of my crap out of it (which is mostly cleaning supplies, packing supplies, and a lamp or two). But, I am recording the Olympics, so I can watch later.

Just got an update from Will:
His niece has preeclampsia. She's okay now but she's got a c section scheduled for tomorrow or Tuesday. Her blood pressure was 200/? (Will didn't remember) when she was admitted Friday night but now it's back to normal. She's 7 months pregnant and so the doctors think everything will be okay after she delivers.

erin, it is absolutely stunning how much pain stress can cause. OTOH, it's kind of a nice validation that you made the right decision. I think about how the day after I got laid off, the acid reflux that made me lose 10 lbs in a month without trying literally disappeared.
So I mainlined Nikita last night - 10 episodes in a row. Stayed up until 2 am, and then my knee was locking up so I stretched a bunch and ended up taking 1.5 flexeril pills. Blergh. Knee feels a little better. I think I need new work boots.
Going to see Beasts of the Southern Wild again in a bit.
