I hope it's a story better than "I fell down trying to curl", which was my broken-arm story!
I broke my elbow trying to jump over a guard-rail. My only broken bone.
'Smile Time'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

So true!
You have felines at home, right Erin? See if you can get 'em to purr on you a lot. Article [link] on the Scientific American website says: "Cats purr during both inhalation and exhalation with a consistent pattern and frequency between 25 and 150 Hertz. Various investigators have shown that sound frequencies in this range can improve bone density and promote healing."
Also, I hope it heals up quickly, regardless of feline involvement.
cosmo's been up on lap already!!!

I think he'll be pissed if he comes home and finds you in a cast.
I'm siding with Hec, here. Tell Dan. Tell him you're fine, but TELL HIM. (Speaking as someone who is trying to learn to tell her loved ones when something is wrong. Ahem.)
