I had good lessons today. The first group was younger and much less affected, so they were goofy and lighthearted and that helped. And then the second group included the student in question, which was good -- I wasn't really expecting her to come to class. So I pulled her out toward the end and we had a good chat. She's doing pretty well, considering.

Nearly any shoes could work with that dress. Well, not any. But several. I'd do silver. You should totally do a dark patent red. Yellow would be all fashiony forward. Nude would totally work. Options aplenty. And, wow, I love that dress. It's going to look amazing on you.

Pretty good on salt. Not sure about the others. I have some hippie faux-Gatorade powder, and mixed that up when I got home, drank two glasses. I think I just need to drink more water. I had 2.5 liters or so over ten hours today.
