Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Teppy that dress is AMAZING! I think a certain style of red shoe would emphasize the vintage-y feel of the dress.
Okay I'm am SO out of practice of going to work every day and wearing real clothes everyday.
Seriously half the time I was going from wearing "pjs" (clothes I decided worked as pajamas) to "lounge" clothes (usually clothes I decided worked as pajamas, but were clean).
Tomorrow I'll only have a half day and finish training. There's one more big assessment. So far I've gotten 100% on all except 1 (97%) and so has the other person in training. One of the trainers told us that most people only get around 70%.
And it's open book/note/computer/whiteboard assessment. so the answers (or how to find the answers) are right there. The two of us have been boggling at how anyone could not do well on the assessments.
I have these long stretches where I think I basically do nothing, and then I have a week like this one.
It's so important that you're there and hard because the payoff may be a decade down the road.

Burrell, I think most of the fatigue is still from the anemia, and some of my aches and pains are typical of ones I get when I don't get enough exercise. Mainly, I'm trying to figure out how to time the medication. Today I had an infusion of Aredia, which is a bisphosphonate like Fosamax. So far, the only side effect is feeling weird, which I guess is hard to put on the warning.
Burrell, friend request sent!
So side effect are minor but annoying none the less? Ugh. I hope the fatigue lets up soon.

One problem is that I suddenly run out of spoons. I ran out an hour or so ago, and I feel like I'm slogging through cold molasses.
{{{Ginger}}} I'm sorry your spoons are running low. I'm sending tons of treatment~ma your way every day.
I feel like I could deal with this better if I could figure out how many spoons I have and how fast they run out.
Tomorrow, I am officiating a wedding where the bride, groom and myself will be standing in a creek while they recite their vows.
To throw off the trackers?
I adore you, Ginger. And I'm wishing you great gusts of energy when you need them.
The bride and groom opted to have the ceremony in their house, rather than in the water...praise be.
Cagney and Bartleby's best friend, Bob, ended up in the water when we walked through the park.
Unfortunately, Cagney was a bit of a nightmare...including almost getting kicked by a horse, arrested by the park police, eating horse poop and barking like a fiend in the car on the way there.
I just didn't get his behavior, so I sat in the way-back with him and Bob on the way home...mostly to clamp his mouth shut for the benefit of the wedding party. It turned out, though, that he wasn't barking randomly. He was actually frightened of something. I can't imagine what. After we left Bob at his house, he was as quiet as a lamb all the way to my house.
I. Just. Don't. Know.
I feel like I could deal with this better if I could figure out how many spoons I have and how fast they run out.
Oh my, if you could figure that out, I'd greatly appreciate the formula. Wish I had some spoons to spare, but I'm pooped out today. {{{ Ginger}}}
