Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Soo tired. I am drinking lots of water but still end up dehydrated at the end of the day. Hrmph. And it is not even hot yet.
How is your electrolyte intake? Sodium, potassium, etc. Sometimes water don't mean a lot if it ain't got that... salt.
Yeah, that's a sad attempt at rhyming.
Also, many thanks for all the congratulatory posts. And yeah, I think we do count as a Buffista couple.
Liese, you are an amazing person. It should be repeated.
Would white shoes be okay? I would hate to try to match that blue. (I don't own white shoes, but I can remedy that.)
Nearly any shoes could work with that dress. Well, not any. But several. I'd do silver. You should totally do a dark patent red. Yellow would be all fashiony forward. Nude would totally work. Options aplenty. And, wow, I love that dress. It's going to look amazing on you.
Lots of strength and comfort ~ma to you, Liese, as you support your students and former students.

Pretty good on salt. Not sure about the others. I have some hippie faux-Gatorade powder, and mixed that up when I got home, drank two glasses. I think I just need to drink more water. I had 2.5 liters or so over ten hours today.
Beverly, can you see these?

smonter, are we FB friends? if not, we should be.
Teppy that dress is AMAZING! I think a certain style of red shoe would emphasize the vintage-y feel of the dress.
Okay I'm am SO out of practice of going to work every day and wearing real clothes everyday.
Seriously half the time I was going from wearing "pjs" (clothes I decided worked as pajamas) to "lounge" clothes (usually clothes I decided worked as pajamas, but were clean).
Tomorrow I'll only have a half day and finish training. There's one more big assessment. So far I've gotten 100% on all except 1 (97%) and so has the other person in training. One of the trainers told us that most people only get around 70%.
And it's open book/note/computer/whiteboard assessment. so the answers (or how to find the answers) are right there. The two of us have been boggling at how anyone could not do well on the assessments.
I have these long stretches where I think I basically do nothing, and then I have a week like this one.
It's so important that you're there and hard because the payoff may be a decade down the road.

Burrell, I think most of the fatigue is still from the anemia, and some of my aches and pains are typical of ones I get when I don't get enough exercise. Mainly, I'm trying to figure out how to time the medication. Today I had an infusion of Aredia, which is a bisphosphonate like Fosamax. So far, the only side effect is feeling weird, which I guess is hard to put on the warning.
Burrell, friend request sent!
So side effect are minor but annoying none the less? Ugh. I hope the fatigue lets up soon.

Danke, smonster
One problem is that I suddenly run out of spoons. I ran out an hour or so ago, and I feel like I'm slogging through cold molasses.
