Where'd they get CAT scan from?... I mean, did they test it on cats? Or does the machine sort of look like a cat?

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Swung by mom's place tonight. helped her set up VCR and DVD on her "new" TV.

Called Dad to see how he's doing. Talked to his gf, as he was plopped in the lounge area with sole access to the TV (apparently a rare thing). Sounds like he's feeling the side effects. swinging back and forth between constipation... and the opposite. Hopefully his spirits are still up. Will try and call tomorrow. And apparently I'm the only sibling checking in on him, despite living the farthest away. And my lovely sister, who lives 5 miles away, is caught up in her own world and not checking in on him. And yes, that's pissing me off.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Ugh, o_a.

We had a nice evening where my 70-something father did not show up to pick my sister up from rehearsal (totally unlike him) and didn't answer his phone for several hours. Also not usual.

He forgot, is all, and was listening to something on headphones in the living room while the phone was in the bedroom. But scary, nonetheless.

What's the opposite of a life-alert bracelet? We need something where we push a button and a buzzer goes off on his wrist, rather than the other way round.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Andi and Daniel, if I was closer to you, I'd be honored to do your wedding!

What are the chances one of us will win a gigantic lottery jackpot and be able to buy Buffista Island sometime in the next year or so? Aw, yeah. But thank you anyway. And thanks to everyone for the good wishes!
