Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

Andi and Daniel, if I was closer to you, I'd be honored to do your wedding!

What are the chances one of us will win a gigantic lottery jackpot and be able to buy Buffista Island sometime in the next year or so? Aw, yeah. But thank you anyway. And thanks to everyone for the good wishes!

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Tomorrow is moving day. We're hoping to be in this house for at least 10 years. I think I'm going to start a savings fund now to pay someone to pack up all of our stuff next time. I have no idea how the rest of this is going to get done. I have to go beg for boxes again today.

Our wings are not tired.

Yay for World Domination. A lucky child to be have such quality parents.

Well, it wasn't like the doctor didn't warn me, but the foot really hurts. I have been in bed with the foot elevated for almost 48 hours except for hopping to the potty. It feels sledgehammered. The tie for worst is when I have to put it down and gravity sends fluid and pain soaring to foot vs random toe twitching. I think the oxy is making me itch all over so I am switching back to the yellow pills. Don't know what they are because they are in other room. Granted I am a big baby, but apparently foot surgery is one of the ouchy things. Wah.

To complain more, I'm too loopy to read without getting a headache.

So back to happy talk of impending wedding, moving, baby making. Woot!

sj, sorry moving is so much work, but I can't wait to read you are away from he rotten neighbors.

And that was a bunch of effort. If I didn't catch all the typos it is good enough.

Thanks, Laura. I'm sorry to be so complainy. I'm just frustrated and feeling kind of useless. I hope the pain in your foot eases up soon. Did the doctor tell you when you could expect it to start feeling better?

brillig

It's taken two years for my shoulder to come back to something close to normal, ie, I can sleep on that side without my arm going numb and it only aches when I use it in a weird direction or when the weather is shifting (like today).
