meara, try a racquetball. I like them better than tennis balls as a self-massage tool for a couple of reasons. For one, they're smooth so you can use on bare skin even in delicate areas like your neck. For another, you're much less likely to bruise yourself because while they can deliver some nice pressure, they also give a little under full body weight so less likely to cause bruises.

There I was, sitting in traffic driving home. And I was thinking about the new-place-that-isn't-mine-yet. (what, I can dream and get my hopes up).
