I've been really achy the past few days. Not any one joint in particular bothering me, just everything a little looser than it should be, leading to everything being a little painful and swollen. I think a hot bath would help somewhat, but my apartment only has a shower. I suppose I could use the whirlpool at the gym, but getting to the gym is a pain, and it would probably cause as much new hurt as the whirlpool would help.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
I'm asking for a some calm vibes and ma for tomorrow. I'm still feeling super stressed and there are a lot of vague reasons but I think my mind has just decided to go on overdrive.
And the more I try not to think about it the more I do.
It's driving me nuts.
Much calm to you, askye. I hope everything goes well tomorrow.
askye,
'ma coming at you. peaceful sleep to you too.
Thanks. I took a tiny bit of Klonopin to help me out.
And I'm trying to think positive. I'm going to well at this job.
Sleep well, askye, and best of luck. You're gonna kick ass.
Hil - sometimes a long hot shower (maybe even with no soap so you can just concentrate on relaxation if you are already clean enough) can give some of the benefits of a bath.
Oh and any recs for good price good quality for fat dude suspenders? I'm Googling right now, but I wonder if anyone knows some place off hand they have experience with or have heard good things about.
I feel like I should know this, Typo, as my dad is large and likes suspenders. But I don't--though I'll bet the place I order his clothing-based Christmas presents from has some (it's called "King Size")
I have a weird ache in my ...hip? lower back? sorta somewhere in there. And yesterday was foam-rolling it and that wasn't getting the right spot enough, so I tried a tennis ball. Today I am bruised there. Oops. Not quite as good an idea as tennis-ball-vs-back-against-wall, to try hip-on-ball-on-floor.
The large men in my life don't like suspenders. Sorry Typo.
