With so many points of suspension, it almost looks like it would be therapeutic for someone with back problems.
Heh. Some time ago, a kinkster friend of mine was doing what he said was "fascia release" on my back--it was hella painful but also amazing at the same time. He was apparently impressed by how long I wanted it to go on, etc, and was like "You should do hook suspensions!". Which...no. But amusing!
I also tried fire cupping last night, on my back. It kind of hurts, because of the amount of suction created, but it also feels like a really deep massage. (And today my back looks like an octopus attacked me!)
t edit
And holy crap, the foam roller hurts like a sonofabitch in bastard sauce. But it really does help.
Foam rollers really helped me a lot, until one of my cats peed on them.
Yup. That's what I was doing when I posted in the middle of the night last night.
You might be my hero in this. I mostly end up throwing my leg up on the counter to stretch my hip. But it's been bad and I should get a roller.

Really, they hurt enough that I want to pee on them.

WB has a home kit for this, although instead of using fire to create the suction, it simply has a pistol-looking apparatus that sucks the air out of a valve.
Still haven't started taxes!! Shh, don't tell my parents.
SMONSTER!!! Did you file for extension? Heh.
You all should go to the Food and Beverage Museum and W.I.N.O. It's supposed to be rainy. Take 'em to August for the prixe fixe lunch or to Root. Go to the Carousel Bar and sit at the rotating bar and then hop over to Mr. B's for BBQ shrimp?
Yeah, my only interest in suspension is to see if it would unkink my back. But since I know people who do it and teach it professionally, I should go talk to them.

I will guinea pig for them. It's not my kink but I am excellent at feedback on whether a therapy is working or aligned or not.
Lovely dress, Sail!
Okay, the foam rollers... they're made of foam and shaped like logs, right? And you roll them over hurty muscles? And this hurts, but then it helps?
Oh the evil of foam rollers...
