This isn't a come-on. I'm in a very serious relationship with a landscape architect.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yeah, a good ethical vet is worth their weight in gold. I am willing to pay a little more for the care we consider adequate. Although I should admit that the SO barters everything. So he barters music lessons for vet services, which is AWESOME.

I'd rather it be a parasite than stress or an allergy, because those might take a long time to find/heal.

I had a cat with seasonal allergies than made her skin get crusty and itchy and it only took a cortisone shot a year to deal with it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

OMG, the one person that makes sense to me on this project is leaving the company and nobody told me. Drifty, drifty, adrift.

That's good to know. Clio's 9, and this is the first time she's had anything like this before. She's frequently at her feet, but not excessively, and she's scratching her ears quite a bit, so I'm thinking it might be mites. Her ears look clean, but I don't know...

Shrift, did you have a timing chip?

Yep. That's how I knew I came in last on my corporate team.

Clearly, we should have a Buffista 5K day.

I need to keep doing the Couch to 5K thing. If I keep at it, maybe next time I'll be able to run the entire thing.
