Am I supposed to be changing my clothes a lot? Is that the helpful thing to do?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

We had soccer all day. Pictures at 10, game at noon, end of season party after game. We weren't home until almost 5.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

I've spent a good portion of the weekend at Malice Domestic, a convention for fans of traditional mysteries. Fun, though my shoulder is sore from shlepping around books in a tote bag. Plus, I now have a small rubber duck dressed like Batman.

This is a great addition to your household.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Love the name, Sheryl! Pictures of Bat!duckie! (close call on the typo, there.

sarameg, love you're still so in love with your 'hood and your neighbors.

Oy. Science needs to invent AI for trees, man. Tree sex bad.

Badger attack!

"Gunslingers die young", "My wife is a stripper". Heh.

Deadline. Yes. I'm going.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Plus, I now have a small rubber duck dressed like Batman.

Nifty!

Twitter seems to think I am going to swap my tv over to Dr Who. Um, no. I am watching racing live. And, really, I am more likely to be spoiled for racing than the very awesome Doctor. I will watch later.

Tree sex bad.

Certainly tree sex is painful. It's gorgeous out there with everything blooming and green and spectacular. But it's ouchie too.

The trees just need to be more discreet. Really. a little discretion never hurt anyone

I really couldn't have dreamed up better neighbors. Brian's so funny, he'll go edge other peoples' yards, rake their leaves or prune things "because I'm out here and the messy bugs me." But he asked Anna if it was ok to prune some feelers off the city tree in front of her house and was all "I feel so weird actually ASKING. Wow!"

sarameg - Apr 30, 2011 4:03:19 pm PDT #6156 of 30001

And Loki's home. He and Anna had a very good time. He even catnapped her (the thing where he sprawls the full length of your torso and enforces naptime.)

OK, one load of laundry down, sheets in the dryer.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I love your neighborhood, sarameg. J was out front of our house spreading mulch when he noticed a leak in the water meter pipe. Soon a dog-walker with 6 different dogs, the people across the street and their kids and various passers-by were all gathered and offering friendly advice and names of plumbers. We called the DWP and are waiting for them to come fix the problem.
