I asked for a noose at work today, but people just laughed. Tomorrow I'm *totally* borrowing "gun-in-mouth".

I miss a responsibility free moment.

OMG that is perfect. EXACTLY!! I want a weekend away like WOAH! and things haven't even been bad.

I have been saying "gun-in-mouth" in my head, like a fucked up mantra, for about a week now. I also whisper it under my breath like that kid in Modern Family ("totally gun-in-mouth").

Sigh.

Okay, gotta get kids in bed for reals and then grading. FML.

Because books.

I'm sorry, Kat. I'd totally come out and at least run preschooler duty for a while if I could.

This could be the perfect food. But not for Perkins or ita.

Amy, my dad used to make those for us when we were kids. And we made similar egg cups for Noah but with diced bacon.

Did anyone else see this: [link] re: Sean Maher. The only surprising thing in that entire article is that he and Paul have a second kid. No wonder he hasn't been to yoga in a while (but neither have I!)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Mmmm, I know what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Maher's response to Fillion's supportive tweet: @NathanFillion Many thanks Nathan. I love you too. But not like gay love. Just love love.

hivemind - stuff at a silent auction. What is your experience for what it goes for on average? 50% of stated value? more? less?

I am data crunching the last two years of this event. I find data fascinating. Average # of bids on each item (thus far, I'm about halfway through) is only 4, I think that is a good sign that they have too many items and not enough participation.

Depends on who's doing the valuing. Sometimes donors over estimate the value.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I've never seen auction items go for a percentage-ish tjing. It's how interested you can get bidders. Momentum leads to monies.

Nice to see Sean Maher out vocally.

This could be the perfect food.

I want that in my mouth. And life. Basically, I want that.
