Thanks you guys. DH was already really stressed with work overload, and this - and the morale sink (4th time in 3.5 years) - is making things even more fraught. I'd put money on his health stuff being stress related. I'd like to see it work out ok for him. My fingers are crossed, and I'm very grateful for the ~ma.

It's harsh, but the only hope for Detroit is to shrink the footprint of the city. At least that's the current trend in city planning.
