Ugh. It has become increasingly clear that my SIL has now become completely programmed in a FAC and is dragging my niece and nephew into it with her. So far, my brother has refused on the grounds that he does not give a shit about church. I'm trying to be accepting, but I think not hard enough.

I don't know. My FiL was with my MiL for nearly 2 decades with her in an FAC. I don't know how deep into it she was. I do know that he didn't have Christmas until he was 23 years old.
