There is kind of a trustafarian frat boy reggae association I'm not fond of. So I tend to get my Jamaican musical fun from Rock Steady and Lover's Rock and Ska. Desmond Dekker and John Holt and suchlike. But that's not Bob's fault.

Holt is reggae. Bob Marley was a musical genius (although not our only one), and it doesn't make a difference who likes him.
However, I will snap your head off if you say Legend is his best album.
