Balls. I don't have enough feta to make Pan de bono. I guess I'm back to the super-easy, super-cheesy Pao de quejo instead.
Which will go with, I think, creamy polenta with shrimp. That sounds like a nice mooshy meal my teeths can handle. (The shrimp I will just chew on the non-root-canal-ed side.)
Someone please tell me to go do laundry, because weathering a tropical storm without clean underwear is just no fun and it will probably just get worse tomorrow. eta the storm, not my underwear. But dirty laundry doesn't get better, really.

Sara got invited to spend the weekend with friends, and much as I'll miss her, I'm thrilled. Aside from the getting up at 7 a.m. to see her off part.
I have no desire to do Landry, either. I hate going to laundromats, I really do. Need to find a used w/d asap. It's high up on the wishlist.
