Ouch. (Depending on the weight, ask about flat-rate boxes and envelopes. Since there is no Media Mail, sometimes Priority envelopes are cheaper than First Class boxes.)

Fair warning - we've switched to a digital-files-only policy for all of our Brazil-based clients because of far too many tapes being "lost" going through customs. And that's sending via Fedex.

The "privilege" thing was making me think about my student worker. She is a registered Republican, but says she is really a libertarian. And she and her husband are planning on moving to Norway so their children (hypothetical thus far) can get a "free" education and "free" healthcare. But she is very against socialism.
