I found what you were trying to link to in the Zillow link, and I like that one better, maybe, but if you want a more open kitchen and are going to redo it anyway, I guess the first one. I think mostly I liked the existing cabinets in the second one better.

I want the house Tom linked to! Now that my DH works in NY, it's an investment, right?
And, I have to say, tax-wise, having my DH in NY in what we can call a "temporary" position, is going to be AWESOME. I may make him work temporary in Manhattan permanently.
Also, Westchester County is the only place I know that makes my property taxes look tame.
