Goodbye and Good Riddance 2010: Don't Let the Door Hit Ya...
Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2010? We have a few words for you.
you can if you do like my sneaky mcsneakster did and buy online and HAVE THE SELLER WRAP IT!
Is it obnoxious of me to try and swipe a good number?
Obnoxious? It's practically required.
I am losing in my search for you oh secret one. I may have to actually call CA, but I will not do that today. I hope you are enjoying yourself.
Even if they aren't, I am.
because you are mean! something is in the mail to you, btw.
I am not above bribing people other than my gifter for hints. package of cookies? zucchini or pumpkin bread? salt scrub?
because you are mean! something is in the mail to you, btw.
OOH, fun. (on both parts). Thanks!
I have been Secret Santa'ed! I got my package delivered by UPS, and it was from Anne W. and it is PERFECT, PERFECT, PERFECT!
First, a lovely card that says "Preserve Peace: Can the Holidays." Then there was a lovely wrapped package that contained coffee (my one true love!), a mug, and tea from Anne's local coffee shop. (Yay!) And best of all, absolutely GORGEOUS hand-knit wrist-warmers and and a beret, both in lovely shades of purple (my favorite). These are perfect, because I'm ALWAYS cold. I wore them both today. They are beautiful and warm, and I adore them.
The yarn used in the wrist-warmers is produced by a collective in Peru, with the proceeds going to fund a village school. How cool is that?
THANK YOU, ANNE!
I bought the finishing touches on my gift today, and hopefully it will go in the mail tomorrow.
Yay! I'm so glad it got there safely and that you like your gifts. smonster was a huge help when it came to figuring out what to do for you.
