Dude. I can't decide what to make taste like bacon first.
Goodbye and Good Riddance 2010: Don't Let the Door Hit Ya...
Every year we watch the Charlie Brown special, do the Snoopy dance, wish everybody a Merry Christmukkah, and thank our Secret Santas in the good riddance thread. Which is this one, in case you were wondering. Oh, and 2010? We have a few words for you.
Oh! Forgot the card. Soy ink on recycled paper, AND there's a detachable bookmark.
heh hehe hehe hhehe
I got one too!
Twas me, smonster. I know there was a plethora of bacon related items, but I just couldn't stop. The drink tabs were so out there, how could I resist?
Just made another double batch of ginger cookies (and peanut butter kisses and peppermint swirls). The gingers are my fav.
Suzi's ginger cookies are Teh Awesome, it's true.
Yay, thank you, Suzi! I will report back on the baconness of each item. I'm trying to decide if I have room for popcorn.
Yes! And her peanut butter kisses (she tempted me to the Dark Side, for, lo, I care not for that combo at all) are absolutely perfection.
I didn't get out any decorations this year, so the ornament is lending a bit of welcome spirit to my entertainment center. It's so beautiful.
I have been Santaed! I went to the mailroom to find some packages I was execting and there was an extra! And inside was a nice fuzzy blankie with cats and dogs. And a lovely homemade bag with a loveier story behind it, and all the makings of an emergency overnight kit. The good kind of emergency kit, with green/gold sparkly nail polish and lotion and all kinds of nice stuff. And some nifty butterfly thingies for the wall, which is great timing since I'm about to start tackling redoing the dog's room.
[Yes, I just called it the dog's room. Stop rolling your eyes. It could also be called the guest room, or the spare room, or the book room (it doesn't quite qualify as the library). But it also happens to be where the dog set up shop when she moved in. So.]
I'm pretty sure I figured out my Santa from the UPS drop off location. But then, she figured me out last year just from the word "fragile" on the side of the box.
Did I tell you guys about the Yankee Swap I participated in yesterday? At one point, I had a Christmas Story action figure -- the dad and the Major Award. It was hilarious, and people were hilarious about it. Someone asked what I had, from across the room, and I just held it up and said, "It says 'fra-gee-lay." Good times.
(I have no idea what you're talking about)
