Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.
That baby story sure is mind-bendy. And I will never get over the idea that women can go TO TERM and not notice they're pregnant. Not from all the stuff I hear from the pregnant women I know. They're either way atypical before the pregnancy or during or both, and I can't wrap my head around how much.

Generally, it is due to one or more of the following:
1. Thought she was infertile
2. Was using birth control
3. Spotting
4. Erratic or mainly absent period most of the time
5. Large woman
6. Small baby
7. Fetus/placenta positioned in such a way you're not going to feel much movement
8. Some other medical condition to attribute the symptoms to.
That last one is a biggie.
So, like, this one woman was 41, had been trying for years to have a baby, recently had a gastric bypass, had always had irregular periods, and HOLY SHIT she just had a baby.
Love that show.

The purple I own is linen and today I'm doing things that would do bad things to linen.
My dad is wearing a purple long-sleeved t-shirt today. Just by accident. While I kinda chuckled, I didn't tell him about the purple shirts today. Because he is somewhat homophobic (won't go out and beat anyone up or call them faggot, but will vote for Prop 8, for instance) because I've had the conversation with him many, many times and it's hopeless.

I think most of the women on "I Didn't Know I Was Pregnant" are PCOS -- strange cycles, weight changes, wonky hormones are par for the course AND they're likely infertile.

By month eight or nine, though, when that baby is kicking and rolling and sometimes hiccuping, it's got to be a *really* small baby not to notice it. At least in my experience.
