I've got a terrible case of the blahs. Nearly a week of bad cold, so not leaving the house much, has given me cabin fever something fierce. BUT I also don't feel like going anywhere or doing anything! It's been a long time since I've mired in this kind of blah. Usually a shower helps, but not today.

Can you take the pups for a walk? Maybe their enthusiasm will be infectious?
sara, yep, that usually works, but taking them for their walks has been practically the only time I've left the house this week...and I'm even tired of that! Eeeek, the incurable blahs! I hope they are gone soon. I mean, it's rare when I don't even want to go see a movie and eat popcorn! It's like I don't even know who I am...
Maybe you should remind yourself that the Giants are 2-0.

I vote you go to Hec & JZ's house for dinner. I hear they're combining huevos rancheros with tater tots!

Yeah, actually, I think part of my blahs is withdrawals, now that you mention it. I want more World Series and I want it NOW!! How dare they take a day off to travel!!
Ha, Jess! Matilda is a sure blah-stopper. However, I am still coughing so do not want to infect any cute little ones, especially on Halloween weekend!

C'mon over! I've got Curse of Frankenstein playing on the TV, and Matilda will be coming home dressed like Wonder Woman. Plus we have gin.

Oh, she's probably way germier than you. Just on principle.
Thanks, but I am not up to fighting traffic, etc. I'll find something on this side of the bay. I just need to go for a drive or something.
I appreciate the ideas. I did finally put on some socks and shoes and a bra and I feel better already.
Sometimes the hardest part is the push to just START something and break the inertia.
