Thanks, but I am not up to fighting traffic, etc. I'll find something on this side of the bay. I just need to go for a drive or something.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.
So layer of tots, then black beans, then a poached egg, then sauteed mushrooms on top. Little bit of good salsa too.
I had tots with chili last night! That was much better.

I realized that when I make biscuits and (vegetarian) gravy, if I don't want to make the effort to make myself gluten-free biscuits, I can just have my gravy over tots! OMFG SO GOOD.
