Of course, Hec, I'm just being smart. There are several choices to get the blood flowing, if not literal non-sedentary options. Fox is more like isometrics as I end up looking at Beck and twisting myself around thinking "Is it me or did that make no fucking sense at all?" Because I'm insecure about coming out of a state school and not studying policy and what-have-you. But, mostly, it's not just me. Kathy, that really is awesome.

Remember to keep your knees up when you're running outside. Also it's okay to shove the kids aside in a panic yelling "Oh my god! It's a fire!" because they need to get used to that realistic possibility.

BWAH! The twisted part of me totally wants to do that. We've had 3 drills in the past 60 minutes (broken sensor). We've just been told to ignore the fire alarm if it goes off again, so I guess my cardio is over.
