Also it's okay to shove the kids aside in a panic yelling "Oh my god! It's a fire!" because they need to get used to that realistic possibility.
BWAH! The twisted part of me totally wants to do that. We've had 3 drills in the past 60 minutes (broken sensor). We've just been told to ignore the fire alarm if it goes off again, so I guess my cardio is over.
