Geeesh, DJ.
For the most part, she doesn't cross tracks with him. There are some family friends who we have known for 20 years, but they seem to have let us go to keep the friendship with his family. K-Bug used to hear from them occasionally, I used to call their son "my nephew", but she hasn't heard a peep from them in the last month. This is probably why. K-Bug figured it out cause she is FB friends with "my nephew" and he has posted congrats to the lying, cheating, douchebag.
Oh, Suzi, that is so sad.
Timelies all!
Like broccoli and cauliflower if they are not overcooked.(I also like them raw) Haven't had brussel sprouts since I was a kid, and they were boiled, so yuck.(I suspect I might like them tossed with olive oil and garlic and roasted, but am not willing to put in the effort to do it myself)
Yeah, I have since fb connected with the then best friend and he will occasionally post something after me. No idea if he knows it's me. One of the many reasons I like using just my married name there. If you don't know who I am, I probably don't want you to.
THANK YOU, Jilli. She totally just doesn't understand.
Her wedding will, like, be yellow, or something.
Mine will be grey. With surprise pink.
Luckily neither of us will ever wed. Oh, the humanity.
Sitting on the all-veggie bench. I want roasted Brussels sprouts now.
because of my new closet doors, I did some sewing today. I mended 3 pieces of clothing and I have done all the prep work to hem the curtains for the second window in my bedroom. My neck and shoulder are killing me though, so I am taking a break.
I love cruciferous vegetables, but I'm not that fond of cauliflower unless you roast it and stick it in a curry.
I'm watching Never Mind the Buzzcocks. In the space of 5 minutes they've somehow got me shipping Phill Jupitus and James Blunt. I don't even know how this happened.
