If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

F brussel sprouts, C broccoli, M cauliflower (though I will secretly not chuck broccoli at all and in fact be polygamously happy with all three)

I'm with -t.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The colour scheme for my cousin's wedding was dark red and black, with twig cages and feathers. My sister was appalled, and kept reaching out to me for backup.

I kept trying to explain to her, uh, my vampire predilection and my habit of decorating my home in dark wood and jewel tones, and the fact that I was dressed in pewter with garnet highlights, but she really failed to get it. She's so...she's a muggle.

I'm with javachik, I refuse to chose. It's a Sophie's choice of vegetables.

It's vegetables. Just say no.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Oh Suzi, poor Kbug. I'm sure I mentioned my ex who cheated on me, and I only found out because his little sister, my best friend at the time, had to tell me he was marrying the girl he cheated with. Then I got to meet her when they both came to see his family while I was spending the week with my then best friend.

Because books.

I like greens. And spinach and green beans and zucchini and tomatoes and corn and summer squash. Carrots don't do much for me, though. Oh, and bell peppers! I could eat bell peppers all day long.

And none of us deserving the cruelty or the grace -- Leonard Cohen

I love brussels sprouts, but I think we should just date casually. So...F?

I fear broccoli, because it is the stinkiest of all vegetables when it goes bad in the fridge. For that reason, only frozen broccoli is allowed in my house, because I am a forgetful person.

Cauliflower doesn't taste like anything to me. It's totally filler. I mean, if you add a bunch of stuff to it, then it tastes like the bunch of stuff.

I'd marry a nice heirloom tomato, maybe, if it asked nicely. But I'm told that's a fruit.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Mmm, you guys have me really longing for brussels sprouts.
