And I know it's not asparagus season but my desire overcame my conscience at the Whole Foods the other day.

The guy in the lane had a very detailed, very nice Hubble Telescope tattoo on his bicep. I asked if he worked with it and "No, I just think it is the coolest thing ever." "I work for Hubble." "NO WAY!!!"

Was he hot?! That is an awesome tattoo idea!

I need to get my Frank the dog tattoo designed and actually get it.

Haha. He was reasonably attractive, I guess, for a guy in goggles and noseplug! I'm just charmed by the idea of someone getting a tattoo of Hubble who isn't, you know, part of the team. I see him at the pool fairly often, I'm going to have to quiz him, see if he's in the field even peripherally. Didn't have much time to chat.

Amy, the roasted cauliflower is NOM. I make it tossed in olive oil, a ton of garlic, a little pepper and kosher salt. Then I sprinkle parmasan cheese over it and roast at 425 for 20 minutes.

I am being so productive today! Unfortunately, productive tomorrow will need to involve shoveling shittons of heavy snow and digging out the car. In 5 degrees with wind chill of below 0. UGH UGH UGH.

Oh, well. At least today's productiveness means I can warm up with cocoa and fresh pumpkin cookies!

Hey, I have cauliflower! And mushrooms. How long do you roast them? I'd be worried about them drying out.

Mushrooms would go for about 10-12 minutes, I would think. I roast a whole chopped up head of cauli for about 20-25 minutes -- I like mine to be turning a little brown and crispy on top. Yum.
