If it makes you feel any better, most of the non-religious Jews I know who had not-traditional-Jewish weddings but wanted to have their religious culture represented used Ruth & Naomi too. So, uh, the girl is a cliche on the other side too?

Hmmm... I just haven't heard the term much at all in recent years, and no one's called me a breeder in 10 or 15 years.
