Boston took all our snow last night!
Which is actually fine because the 6 inches we got is enough to make everything pretty again but not enough to close schools.

Although it took me 2 hours to get here.
Michael went to work but got there and nobody was there so he came home. (You would think an office of scientists and engineers could come up with a notification plan for severe weather, but noooooo.) He says the roads are terrible. I am wondering if we're going to be homebound all week at this point.

oh, I would not think that. I would think their assistants need to manage things like that.
We only have a two-hour delay. The kids are bummed. Maybe seven inches, all told. It's beautiful right now, too.

I have an honest-to-FSM Snow Day. Which means I don't get paid, but hey -- snow day, and the first day off I've had in ten days, so yay.
