Just a quick note for JZ and other plusone bigwigs. I decided to see if I could pressure one of your middle people Buy.com into actually carrying Sam. Placed the order before Xmas as a late NY gift. Followed up with someone in customer service. Did not let them get away with "publisher out of stock" told them that if they ordered from you it will be in stock. They are now following up with warehouse to find out when if every the warehouse will actually order. But what I'm hoping is that if they will either order it, or stop listing it as something they carry if they don't. Probably will end up cancling and just ordering from PlusOne website, but thought it worth a try. Buy.com at least does not have Amazon's conflict of interest, though I suspect they don't like ordering from publishers unless they have orders for some minimum qty from that publisher.
