We don't have a song, but I did have one friend who insisted on "You're The Reason Our Kids Are Ugly" at her reception. Sadly, the marriage didn't last, but I don't think we can blame that on Loretta Lynn.

Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Hubby and I don't have a song, but he says he thinks of me when "In Your Eyes" is playing.
Phew. Hello, all! Don't have much of a meara. Anne, I offer my sincerest condolences on your loss.
Liese, thank you so much. I have emailed that whole paragraph to myself. We broke the news today to our mgmt and it went really well. Three leaders ain't going to happen, really, but it's good to think about all of that. I also want to tell you how awesome you are, and how horrified I am by those stats. And crisis intervention is one thing, but long-term suicide prevention is another entirely. Much love to you for the work you do.
We might end with The Beautiful South, for no particular reason.
"Don't Marry Her Fuck Me"?
Our first dance was "Knock Me A Kiss" by Louis Jordan.
ChiKat, the only song that I can remember having with a boy is "unhappy Birthday" by The Smiths (chorus of which is "Ive come to wish you an unhappy birthday, because you're evil and you lie. And if you should die, I may be slightly sad, but I won't cry" Yeah, that was a healthy relationship
awww, Connie! Nice to have a man instead of a dude.
I've had a song with only one boyfriend and it was "Let's Get Drunk and Screw."
Mine was anything to do with ending apartheid in South Africa.
I imprinted wrong early.
Thank you, smonster.
And yes. Three is ideal, but difficult. You will note my own organization only has two staff members ever, and therefore, does not meet ideal. But I think it`s important to keep this stuff in mind because it helps to be able to mitigate the effects of less than ideal conditions if you`re thinking about the issues. So then the other solution is to limit your client base. Which is hard to do when there`s so much need, but it is the best way to remain effective. The SO & I have reduced our number of students every year for the last three, and while that has been somewhat difficult to explain to our numbers based donors, it is clear that our quality has vastly improved with this decrease in quantity.
"unhappy Birthday" by The Smiths
I was just listening to that today. Excellent song.
Yes, we pitched it as safety, lower attrition/higher success rates, and staff longevity. We'll see how the funders react. So far I am getting praise to high heaven - it's nice to feel competent. I am bringing a crazy potpourri of skills and experiences to the table, and am using every damn last one.
The spicy brain combo of smonster and Liese is probably illegal in some states. IJS.
We must be careful that they only use their powers for good.
Also, Anne, I've been a dolt, thought I had said something earlier, but I know I was thinking it-- many condolences on your family's loss.
