Much peace to you and your family Amyth.
Procedure~ma to Drew. Note to Drew's pancreas - Get fixed!
Round 2 on the basement and the file shredding has been achieved. I have a yard sale pile and DH is going to find a home for his gram's teak table with the scratches and, now, the basement fug.
Also went to home despot for new bathtub hardware to combat The Leak. Spent a bday gift card, made squash soup and marketed, and am 9 rows away from finishing my first knitting project in 5.75 years.
Erin, it was a great pleasure to read what you wrote. I was nodding along as I did so.

He asked if we had filed a claim, I told him to talk to my mother. He's now texting me asking me if I filed a claim. WTF?
Next time, tell him to ask me. I will then precede to respond to him using the techniques I use when the individuals I support at work ask intrusive questions about each other. In other words, there would be a few rounds of, "That would be Vortex's business," (said in a very gentle tone of voice, not a snotty one); "I'm sorry, I cannot discuss that with you,"; "Personal choice," etc. Followed by increasingly silly non-answers such as "Yes, I believe that paperwork was filed at the Zoo," or "Wouldn't it be better to paint the ceiling purple?"

We'll invite him to retire on Buffista Island, right?
Ugh, Vortex, that's crazy-making. It's none of his business. Would a "I'm not going to file, and I'm also not going to discuss this decision. Don't harass me about it." work?
Did I miss something? Why didn't she just give you the ambien?
Good question. I was operating on hour 22 awake, so I wasn't as questiony as I might have been. I don't know. She also prescribed two books. I did tell her I was sincerely afraid that the traz wouldn't work, as I have a fairly high tolerance. She told me to call her in three days if it didn't, but she would likely up the dosage.
Ha HA, I have already upped the dosage, and will call on Monday! I am all sly like that.
Chocolate hazelnut milk is totally replacing chocolate soy milk as my chocolate non-dairy beverage of choice. OMG yum.
I keep thinking I have already posted this, because I have been vibing hard all since I read Beep Me. But all sorts of ~ma and peace and love to Amyth for her brother and her whole family.
Also, tons of continuing pancreatic health~ma to Drew.
That shirt is awesome!!
And I realize all this religion talk, I am working on a play based on the biblical story of Abraham & Isaac.
