Check it, y'all—Sir Ian at a rally against the pope in a monumentally fantastic t-shirt.
We'll invite him to retire on Buffista Island, right?

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Ugh, Vortex, that's crazy-making. It's none of his business. Would a "I'm not going to file, and I'm also not going to discuss this decision. Don't harass me about it." work?
Did I miss something? Why didn't she just give you the ambien?
Good question. I was operating on hour 22 awake, so I wasn't as questiony as I might have been. I don't know. She also prescribed two books. I did tell her I was sincerely afraid that the traz wouldn't work, as I have a fairly high tolerance. She told me to call her in three days if it didn't, but she would likely up the dosage.
Ha HA, I have already upped the dosage, and will call on Monday! I am all sly like that.
Chocolate hazelnut milk is totally replacing chocolate soy milk as my chocolate non-dairy beverage of choice. OMG yum.
I keep thinking I have already posted this, because I have been vibing hard all since I read Beep Me. But all sorts of ~ma and peace and love to Amyth for her brother and her whole family.

And I realize all this religion talk, I am working on a play based on the biblical story of Abraham & Isaac.
Make-it-better ~ma for Drew! amyth, peace and strength to you and yours.
Nodding in agreement with Erin. I like discussions of faith/belief here too; it's the only place I know of where everyone is heard and there's no pressure or mockery or craxxy. I've learned a lot from folks here.
his gram's teak table with the scratches
Really? What's it look like? I'll take it! We need a Buffista furniture exchange. Which would involve transporter technology, of course.

It's a beautiful, round table that takes 2 leaves. Indoor teak - very Scandinavian, but it's had several owners and now has been in the basement for two years. There are 4 chairs, also basement fugged. I'd love to visit the 'ville again (HKFan has never been... and I'd get to yell 'what the heck did they do to Old Cabell Hall??) and bring it to you - but, alas, it's not (yet) mine to give away. yet.
eta: I may have issues with needing space in the basement. or being able to walk down there. or hating having things that are not being/will not soon be loved and well used.
