Spoke to the realtor. Eeeep. So the place I looked at on Friday, well, it's been on the market for 6 weeks and no nibbles. The selling realtor told mine do what ya gotta do to move it. So we put a low ball offer. My realtor finally got a hold of the selling one, and said to write up the offer! Tomorrow I sign offer, and then it's in the banks hands to accept the short sale offer. eeep! Keep your fingers crossed!

smonster, if I were in your shoes (which I would be, but they were too tiny), I'd let StW know about the invite. Just, like, "they asked, I'm probably gonna go, thought you might like to." Seeing you again might not be as easy as calling and asking you out, anymore, now that it's become all "emotional". He might welcome the chance to reconnect with you (in "neutral territory", i.e., with other people around) without having to figure out HOW. Depending on when you need to RSVP, though, you might give him a couple days to see how sad and gloomy life without you is!
