I'm glad about it, but I feel stupid, too. I know for a fact this guy barely got out of high school(my mother used to call him "dipshit no. 2", his older sister being, of course, dipshit number 1") so on one level it's fish in a barrel for me and my girl Rachel Maddow, but at the same time, I think we all lose when stupid goes unchallenged for too long. Also, if we allow that kind of overreach by states, it's not good. Also, he might have to look up "probable cause" and self-incrimination, since they were not included in Hooked on Phonics. Ten to one, he thinks benefits are WAY bigger than they are, too. In my experience, most people do, even kind of smart ones.

I would have unfriended her a long time ago but she is a link to a lot of people I know from jr high that I am not friends with, so I like seeing the occasional posts that involve them. Although... I have been having trouble keeping up with the people who only post things I care about, maybe it is time to trim my friends list.
