It's interesting, there's no storm watch of any kind on the TV or radio, no sirens. The only thing I can think is that the weather folks had deemed it "safe" because it didn't meet certain criteria of speed. I mean, it was a very loose funnel, you could see that it was rotating just barely fast enough to form and very wispy. I was just waiting to see if it was going to contact the ground because that's supposedly when they get dangerous. There was no wind at all, none.
Spike's Bitches 46: Don't I get a cookie?
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Sail,
forget all that! how's the crumble?!
(glad you are safe)
smonster, it's been a huge day and I just spent 3 hours out of the house.
I WILL be around tomorrow. It's my quiet'er' Tuesday. Things are hotting up with this new gig, so lets' do it asap.
uggghhhhh, nightmare tenant is back in town and freaking because she hasn't gotten her rent refund check- because it got sent back as undeliverable to the address SHE provided. She's ranting and raving and threatening to break into the condo.
I want to die.
I want to die.
Deep breaths, Nora. I know she's anxiety inducing, but if she breaks into the condo, you'll have the grounds on which to nail her craxy ass.
Oh, Nora, may that get cleared up quickly!
le_n, the crumble is still baking. I'll let you know how it turns out when it's done.
No worries, bonny, I need to focus on prepping for my interview tonight. What time tomorrow would be good for you? I should be free in the afternoon.
Aw, jeez, Nora. I hope it's sorted pronto.
Nora,
did you get these proclamations via voicemail or email? Save them. Just in case she really does something insane like break into the place.
My property manager got the calls.
I'm afraid that the police can't do anything, because technically her lease is still valid and she hasn't gotten the check that was supposed to sever the contract.
