It's interesting, there's no storm watch of any kind on the TV or radio, no sirens. The only thing I can think is that the weather folks had deemed it "safe" because it didn't meet certain criteria of speed. I mean, it was a very loose funnel, you could see that it was rotating just barely fast enough to form and very wispy. I was just waiting to see if it was going to contact the ground because that's supposedly when they get dangerous. There was no wind at all, none.

I'm afraid that the police can't do anything, because technically her lease is still valid and she hasn't gotten the check that was supposed to sever the contract.
