DH wants to keep it quiet, but I told him I needed to be able to talk to someone other than him. le nubian - Sorry about the diabetes diagnosis. This is common in my family including all 3 of my siblings. There should be plenty of good diet sites available but the 2 hints I would suggest are little frequent meals and remember that pasta and bread are sugar in disguise. The people I know that are most successful in controlling it are thin, so apparently weight control is a big help. Best of luck to you. I know lots of people that keep it under control and expect that you can too.
I am in Otter Lake for the summer, which should provide more time, and yet is hasn't. Bobby is with me with good intentions for house projects being completed. Brandy is with me enjoying the woods, and building my muscles as she has to be carried up and down stairs. Mom's 90th is in 3 weeks and I am looking forward to near and extended family gathering to celebrate. The days, months, years fly by.
