Work is a bit crazy right now. If not working long hours, then coming home tired. Plus, y'all talk a lot! (not meant in a bad way).
Shir, what's this alt HI you mention??
Simon ,'Safe'
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You'll have to give me a link to where I mentioned an alt HI.
Also, why aren't you sleeping now?
Huh, maybe I misunderstood when you said
ION: I swear I didn't mean to start a movement when started Hollaback Israel. Kindda seems as if I did it. Whoops.I blame skimming several hundred posts. And reading when tired. But that can't hide the pride! You are awesome!!
ION, I didn't mention, that while I have been working hard, part of that included a field trip to Vegas to see LOVE, and get a backstage tour of the sound system. Gotta love field trips!! Woulda been better if the blackjack tables were in my price range, and the slots were less of a bitch to me. But I can't complain! It was awesome. And tiring. Walked 15km in two days! Oy!
As for why not in bed? Good question. Um. It's cold and lonely??? What? seems about as good of an excuse as any. Plus, I'm not going in until 1pm. I worked 57 hours this past week, I'm taking mornings off until I can't!
eta: pics of Vegas are in my Flickr and Facebook. Careful, lots of geeky pictures, not a lot of people pictures. I think, only one with me in it. What? I'm not going to turn the iPhone on myself. It might break!
I didn't mean to be awesome. I wish people believed me about it. It's really weird, the whole thing. Right now, trying to avoid making it into something more official work-like (even though it is).
Yay, Vegas!
Humm. Watch Doctor. Doctor is good. Sherlock is also watchable.
I've done that before. I might be doing it now, and it's fucking great. Journalism degree:$40,000 Transportation costs for getting to school for seven years: about $12,000. Boring people witless on facebook about the latest broadcasting controversy: Priceless.
Hey, omnis, good to see you!
Every time I hear about something like this I think about those people who are unable to fight as hard for what they need as you were able to in this situation.
Before he died, my uncle was an advocate for the disabled. He was loud, aggressive, and sometimes a little over the top, but it was because he was fighting for people whose voices couldn't be heard (sometimes literally) and governments, businesses, and other institutions do a good job of pretending not to hear when it comes to the disabled.
He had to advocate for himself a lot after his accident and found he was good at it and understood how horribly difficult it was for many people to do the same.
I miss him.
I didn't mean to be awesome.
You are so awesome, that it just oozes out of you when you aren't trying.

He sounds like he was awesome, too.
Ginger! I got your package! In fact, it may have arrived on Saturday, but we just forgot to check the mail. But what a darling little book it is. Thank you! It is making me smile.

If I could get some tenant~ma, that would be great. I am hoping that our crazy tenant will take the opportunity to move out of my condo this week.
Nora, sending out the tenant~ma. Not just that this one moves on, but that your next one(s) will be decent, responsible people who don't annoy your former neighbors so much.
