If Kale chips are as good as roasted cauliflower, I am going to have to try them!
I did not end up getting a CSA because I couldn't figure out how to get the box home (not really conducive to bus riding with a bum right side), but I did put in some tomato plants!
Also, I just realized how much I love cottage cheese I tend to avoid it, because I think of it as a diet food, and because my mom used to serve it with sugar free canned peaches and it was disgusting, but I really could eat it every day. I especially like it with olives on the side, or an Italian olive salad on top Nom, nom, nom.

First world problems: the Saturday farmer`s market is during the same hours I teach. I figured I would get some cancellations and I would run over there then. I did have cancellations but they were all together at the end of the day. So instead of farmers market, I went home early.
So I am complaining about getting to knock off early. Hmm. Om reflection I`m perfectly happy with that. Particularly since I`m leaving in three days and wouldn`t be able to use the produce anyway.

They just spent 20 minutes brushing their teeth and comparing sparkly toothpastes and talking about their toddler potties (Matilda's has a blue hole, Lilly's was red but she thinks she must have lost it somewhere) and another 20 taking turns trying on Matilda's Batman suit, and now Matilda's in her Easter dress with the sketches of Paris and Lilly's wearing one of Matilda's dresses and they're happily watching
