Zoe: What's that, sir? Mal: Freedom, is what. Zoe: No, I meant what's that? Mal: Oh. Yeah. Just step around it. I think something must've been living in here.

They'll change the rules next year I reckon; ain't no one breaking these records.

I will be astonished if they're both able to move to play tomorrow.

Ann, that's a ferret.

Not until tommyrot builds a tennis-playing cyborg.

Actually, two. That play each other.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

And I think a cheetah needs to be involved, if I recall.

Coding and Sleeping

Actually, two. That play each other.

At that point I think a computer simulation would do just fine. I imagine two cursors bouncing a simulated ball between them.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

But haven't there been cricket matches that lasted longer?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

But haven't there been cricket matches that lasted longer?

Involving 20 more people, mostly standing around and taking breaks for cucumber sandwiches, yes.

I remember hearing stories from the cricket coach, who was Pakistani, about matches that were adjourned when a monsoon hit ... to be resumed a day (or a week) later.

A cricket match can normally go up to five days, but it's really nothing in exertion comparison--it's a more relaxed version of baseball, with tea breaks. And better clothes (please don't like to oldschool one day Packer uniforms, bt).

I think, however, they only play six hours a day, and Mahut and Isner played seven today (ten total).

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I just remembered my parents are coming in to town this weekend. I am itching to leave work early so I can go home and clean.
