I think it can vary a lot depending on what your company has negotiated for their policy rate. If your group policy hasn't had any catastrophic insurance payouts they can usually negotiate cheaper rates, a lot depends on how big the pool is.

As far as the bi debate, I am over it. I believe in letting people define their own sexuality, and whatever they want to claim is AOK. Declaring that female bisexuality is "lesser" than male bisexuality or neater, or hotter, is an easy out, and demeaning; the article relies on implications that it's cool only if you're a hot actress. I think it can be equally problematic for both genders, especially if one doesn't meet certain societal expectations of attractiveness.

I have a bi GF who is definitely more female oriented, and we were all surprised when her mate turned out male. It just worked out that he was the best fit for her, and right time, right place.

So, is the female stance "we'll accept that you like to dabble and fool around, but if there's no dick involved, there's no deep love"?
