Dawn: I thought you were adequate. Giles: And the accolades keep pouring in. I'd best take my leave before my head swells any larger. Good night.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Oh, man. I am in No Mood today. Which I just realized when my boss replied to my email asking a question that I answered in the subject line. Grrr! But seriously, no big deal.

Plans for the weekend? Sleeeeep.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Oh man - turns out the problem with our washing machine? The lint filter was so dirty that the water backed up, causing the hose to *pop out of the pipe* where it was supposed to be draining. (Causing the water to drain into the wall instead.) Housekeepingfail.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

How do you clean the washing machine lint filter? Now I need to go check mine.

It's the lint filter for the dryer (we have a condensation dryer because there's nowhere to vent in our apartment, so the moisture from the dryer is condensed and fed back into the washing machine hose).

As far as cleaning it, DH is going to have to show me tonight - he's the one who actually talked to the Bosch guy.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

What's the ecologically nice way to speed up slow drains?

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Punishingly Intricate

What's the ecologically nice way to speed up slow drains?

Baking soda and white vinegar.

It doesn't really work on super clogged drains though.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I came in late to work because of the aforementioned school program. I find an inbox with 4 - PAY US NOW OR WE WILL CUT YOUR SERVICE, BITCHES! emails. And several follow up emails from users and managers all ?!?!?!?

Turns out - 2 of the invoices are approved for payment. 1 was approved over a week ago. No idea why AP is sitting on them.

1 of them was an ERROR from the vendor, not an invoice AT ALL. I want an apology and possibly cookies.

The last, well I have not looked into it, but I think the Business Unit is sitting on it for some unknown reason.

Now I'm picturing AP and the Business Unit as giant chickens, sitting on their invoice eggs.

I should probably mention my coffee has failed so far today....
