Perkins, yum! Simplest is to bake them like a regular potato, and eat with butter and a generous sprinkle of brown sugar. So good.
You can also slice them with a mandolin slicer and bake them into sweet potato chips.
Mashing is also good, using a bit of molasses.
Erm, I may love the sweet potato just a bit.

Or cut up and bake as "fries," and sprinkle seasoned salt on them.
