Cho was extremely awesome and wise in the dance workshop, and watching her joy while performing the choreo we were learning in a very imperfect manner was a reminder to me just when I needed it.
I am making a Provençal Beef Stew in the slow-cooker. The amount of mustard is troublesome. I'm assuming it mellows on cooking. Maybe I should have done burgers.
More importantly, last night I made the first clafoutis of the season.
I had a burger for lunch. It was a shrimp and scallop burger which I wouldn't have tried except I trusted the restaurant to get things right. It was yum.

I totally get this!! I met him at a hotel in Toronto (we were both staying on the same floor). I said good evening as we got on the elevator and then had to shut the hell up because I thought I was going to wet myself right then and there.
I met Matthew Broderick at that same hotel and didn't have that reaction.
I'll do egg in hamburger but not bread crumbs.
