Mal: Yeah, well, just be careful. We cheated Badger out of good money to buy that frippery, and you're supposed to make me look respectable. Kaylee: Yes, sir, Captain Tightpants.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I sent off all the forms. WHOOT! That is 2 major things done.

If I can get the stuff mailed and at least started on a plan for transferring money and a mortgage today will be SET.

Of course the important things I still have not done for over a week: make Dr. Appt for me, send in insurance claims, list things on ebay. Those are still undone.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

After all this talk, I really want a donut. I've been really good about eating healthily for the past few months, but I may splurge on a donut this weekend.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Yay, msbelle productivity, and also 6 figure bank balance.

Break a leg, ChiKat!

I had a Krispy Kreme bread pudding for dessert last night at this place: [link]

I just had a bahn mi for the first time! Got it at a little convenience store with a bitchin' lunch counter down Canal Street. (Eat Well Food Mart)

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

One thing I've noticed after starting this liquid diet (and I've noticed this in diets past, too)--my body doesn't like it when I go off my diet with something sweet/carb-filled. As in, I have serious issues afterwards.

Although, my current diet isn't all liquid, like it should be. I've had a grilled chicken sandwich for dinner twice in the past ten days (last night, I had to wait ten minutes in the KFC parking lot for it to be cooked, but I was craving it so badly, I waited), and over the weekend, I finished off the last of my pasta (no sauce, just noodles and kosher salt). But, my calorie and fat intake is soooo much less than it was before I started that I'm not kicking myself about it.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Wow, miner #20 is already on the way up. That seems fast!

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

The last time I noticed, they had some chocolate dipped crullers (about a year ago) but none of the plain ones.

They replaced the cruller with a stick. It's like a lame cruller (none of the twisty goodness). Apparently the crullers required to much time and effort to make.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

I literally can't remember the last time I went into Dunkin to buy a donut.

I can. After I dropped Amyth off at the airport last Saturday I dropped by the Dunkin Donuts on the way home, because I was craving an apple fritter. It was ok, but not great. When I rented a cabin in MI last summer, there was a small local bakery that had freshly made donuts and fritters. I went by several mornings and the baked goods were still warm. Those were some good fritters!
